I received exactly same message - they are going to arrest me, which is fine as I live in Montana and TX would be warm! Do you think they will fly me down business-class if I ask nicely? If you got a payday loan, check to see if the company is licensed to do business in your state. If not, maybe you don't pay them anything else:)
I got the exact same email today with the exact same Case No. ADR 59830 and the exact same amount. HMMMM what are the odds? On the attached arrest warrant it states Count 1: Violation of federal banking regulation, According to "act" no 76 Count 2: collateral check fraud and According to "act" no 48 Count 3: Theft by Deception.
