This has to be a scam....They called asking for me via my previous last name from 16 years ago. They tried to tell me that a civil suit was filed against me and that I needed to contact this number 1-855-532-4572. I called the number and the phone line is sooo bad that you cant understand anyone you are talking to. The name of the company is HP Financial, that's all i could make out. Here's the deal....Its been 16 years since I went by my previous last name so its way to late to file a civil suit, not to mention I filed Bankruptcy and finalized it 4 years ago. So be leery, this has to be a SCAM!
This phone number called me 4 times, twice while I was busy but I answered the third time and a woman said something about a official file and if I knew someone by the name of Carrie o Brien or something like that. I don't know anyone by that name and the fourth time called me 20 minutes later and it was a man asking the same question. I do not know anyone by the name of that.
these people call harassing and threatening legal action about some payday loan that I never had. my numbers are on a do not call list yet they still manage to call...Getting very sick of this harassment!!
