Second call from this number in last few days. I did not answer as caller ID read TEXAS where company name should be. First call no message left. This call a recorded voice left message my loan was approved and gave me a loan number to call back with. anyone who would get a loan from an unwanted cold call deserves the problems they will receive.
These scammers left a message saying that a loan
had been approved, and that one only needed to
call them in order to make the loan effective.
The name of the applicant was not mentioned.
Since nobody at home had applied for any loans I became
very suspicious. When I called them they wanted all kind
of personal information, (SSN, credit cards, ...)
which I refused. They were unable to locate "my loan"
approval using the telephone number which they had just
used only a few minutes earlier.
Therefore I would say that this appears to be an scam
to get your personal information, or to make you apply
for a (small) loan from their company. In the latter case
I would be very concerned about their fees.

I get calls from all over with loan approval, or free gov. grant,.... All these calls are maid by people with heavy foreign accents.
I called the real govt. phone no. and they say these are all scams. I kinda thought they were a hoax but I know for sure now.
They (the scam artists) are relentless.

They were completely unable to locate "my loan" approval
or my name using the loan number and my telephone number
which they had just used only a few minutes earlier.
This proves that their "loan was fake, only
a trick to make me call them.
Therefore I say that this seems to be an scam to get
your personal information, or to make you apply for
a (small) loan from their company. In the latter case
I would be very concerned about their fees.
BE CAREFUL if they call you. They claimed to be
E Loan Auto Finance, in Dallas.
