There was a post on 214-237-3567 so I'm transferring my response here: NEVER GIVE YOUR SSN out! There is so much fraud out there. I received a call from 214-237-3567 and just minutes later a call from 214-634-1110. No one was on either call. It just sat there and then went dead. Given what the rest of you are saying, it sounds like they were hoping I would call back and enter my SSN. NEVER NEVER NEVER do that!
This an automated response from Santander cConsumer USA out of California. They are a 2nd and 3rd chance finace company. This automated call refers you to a 877 number wich is a live person. The call ios to verify information on a recent autoloan.
My call was to this number because My auto loan was bought out from CitiFinancial Auto, they sold all their loans to this company, which I have never heard of before September. I did not receive a letter from CitiFinancial Auto at all which made me mad.
This company changed my statements, and now they will not send out any at all. I have to call in every month and find out how my payments are being applied. I was given the excuse new comapny new company rules. B.S.
I called Jason Grubb Senior VP of Servicing at 214-634-1110, and if he does not return my call within 24 hours I will keep calling him until this is resolved.
