got a call from a Shawn McGee to call him back about a personal issue. when i called back just a disconnected signal

Got a call from Tom Macgee from "Texas Narcotics Officers"-left message to call him back about personal matter-no patient involved.
I called the number-it just rings and rings.
I have a feeling this is the same scam linked to 214-638-0630(check this number on WhoCallsMe). They are just too close to be a coincidence...
