I got the same message! Can't verify the company and have given the number to my local attorney general's office along with a copy of the message and contacted the Better Business Bureau! The AG's office will handle from here.
Showed up on caller id as unknown, so listened to msg, which said he was going to contact my employer to verify employment about a temporary restraining order filed against me. I should contact him immediately to avoid litigation at 214-644-1249. Since I have not left the state in over 5 years, and have been retired for the same amount of time, I don't know what this guy's talking about. I feel this is a scam of some sort, I don't know where he got my number, but this company should be reported to the FCC for fraud or something.
