i keep recieving calls from this person several times a day this peson does not leave messages or explain who they are

I also keep receiving calls from this number. Three times yesterday, and once already today. When I called them back they said they needed my account number or SSN# to pull up my account. I never give information out over the phone.

I also am receiving many, many (up to 13 back-to-back)...never leaves a message.  Tried to text back and received info that it is an "invalid" number!!!  Go Figure!
