These people are not professional on what they are doing. Asked if a knew a person by the name of tammy roberts? I said no. They said goodbye. Not sure who they are but would not identify themselves.
A gentleman from this agency has called around to my brother in laws family members advising that he is an investigator and he is investigating a cause of fraud against a financial institution. They are full of themselves, they do not realize the trouble that they can get into in regards to this matter. They be a "investigator" for their company, but they try and lead you to believe that they are with a law enforcement agency. They went as far as contacting my brother in laws brother that he has not spoken to in about 2 years.
I have received numerous call from a person calling herself Inv. Coleman. She keeps informing me that she had filed a claim against my mother for a matter that does not pertain to me, this woman has called my work numerous time and claimed to be a law enforcement personal as well she called stating she was my mother and it was an emergency. This is not the first time this lady has called my work, she wanted to get personal information out of my manager about her who is no relation or does not even know my mother.
They are rude and unprofessional and have costed me my job because of false statements about being an emerency and needed to pull me off the phones and it was not an emerency.
These people say they are the windsor group, and they constantly hang up on my answering machine. I called back, and Natasha hung up on me a few times. So did Tiffany. They said they locate people, and would not tell me anything else. They will call again, I am sure of it, and I have already told them to stop calling. If they do again, I will call the police and press charges. Everyone else should do the same. Beware, I do not know if they are connected, but lately mail mail has been opened on a few occasions, and if these people think they are slick in trying to locate someone, I would not put it past them, considering all the other blogs I have read about them. I don't care how much it costs, I will sue them if I get one more phone call. Just so everone knows, once you tell a company to stop calling you, you can sue them and receive $500 per every time they call you after that. KEEP A LOG!
