They are Stellar Recovery. They are a debt collector. They call but they either don't leave a message or the message cuts off after saying 877. They buy old out dated debts and try to collect on them. I looked them up and they are not very accurate most of the time. They use out dated files alot so the numbers they call and even the debts they try to collect may or may not be valid.
