They won't stop calling me

this numer called me 5x's and each time I call it back ,it says it is a marketing call and hangs up  so I can't tell them to to take off there phone list !  stop calling from 214-666-8356!!!!!

they've called me 4 times today, 2 times within a 5 minute span. They have not left any messages. The reverse phn number look up said it is a company called 'Level 3 Communications'. which doesnt mean anything to me.

theyre still calling - December 2013. Didnt recognize the # so checked here.  no name on caller ID
