This company is operating out of Nigeria. DO NOT PAY THE. They cannot legally do anything. The worse they can do is ruin your credit. And I'd you had to get a payday loan at some point then obviously your credit is [***] anyway or you'd go to a bank. They will not arrest you or come to your house

I received a call to my cell and to my work with a message with a case # along with number to call back to 214-677-4249. When i called back i spoke first to a unknown male and when i asked the name of his company he hung up on me. I called again and a man named Eric Loyd answered and i asked again for a name and he told me to hold and then a guy with a deep voice named Daniel Gray answered and told me if this was ******** but i did not tell him or give him confirmation of my identity and then he also gave my birth date. Why would he give private information to someone he isn't sure to be the person he is looking for. That raised some flags for me and when i asked for the name of their company he said it fast n i asked him to repeat and he said Law office of Turner & Associates. I told him i will give this info to my attorney since i been receiving a lot of harassing scam calls. He asked me for my attorneys name so he can put it in file. I said no sir i will tell my attorney about your company, you and number thank you. He then sounded frustrated and said good luck with a smirk. How professional I'd say. I cant believe these people would go as far as harassing me this way and i will get to the bottom of this!
