play it cool... casually ask them for information... listen to their crap... and get what information that you can... who the company is, where located, etc... get their name, then ask for their supervisor.... tell them that if you ever get a call from them you will show up on their doorstep...
Knew my name, knew the car i drive and said my warranty for my car was about to expire! I told them thats a lie i just got it in October.. She then says ok ill note your file. What? Tired if scams!
I have been receiving call from this number from many days, and sometimes they just breath and hang up, and yesterday they tried to sell me extended car warranty. knew my name and car I drive. Scams!
Called my cell today - asked for my son (who is ten years old) because the warranty on his car was about to expire. Really? Pretty sure my son doesn't have a car?? Asked if we owned a 2013 Jaguar (which we do NOT), and I started asking questions and he quickly said sorry for the mixup and hung up. Total scam caller - beware.

just got call and asked for company information.....person got argumentative....would not give me information I requested...I just hung up. I've asked repeatedly that these people stop calling me. So what recourse does the consumer have against this stuff?
