Received unsolicited call Thurs, Sept 11, 2014, at 12:30pm est. I did not answer. They left no message. I'm on DoNotCall list, but receive unsolicited phone calls from strange numbers about every other day. Strange, seems like same organization calling me, from several different phone numbers across the USA.

Do not answer the phone when this number shows on your caller ID. The bottom dwellers are calling numbers and when someone answers, THEY SAY NOTHING. It is obviously a scam of some sort.
