I got the same call. I'm in trouble with the Treasury. It's almost funny how crude the scam is. I can't quite place the accent. The caller is almost certainly from out of the USA. If you have call blocking, use it for this number. I have gotten so many of this sort that I would not believe a legitimate call if it ever came around.
Scammer says he is with treasury - 2nd attempt . If i do not answer to it i will face forien federal judge. Does not say what i was suppose to have done. Just comply and answer to them.
Got a call from David Chambers, said if I didn't return his call "wished me a happy life" and law enforcement in my State would be knocking on my door if I didn't call him back. Called me 3 times today (1-19-15).
