No caller ID, no message left

Just got a call hit ignore and they left a 3 min blank voice mail .  Glad I held up their system for 3 mins

Called + when I went to answer, the phone said it was a "missed call" + they didn't leave a voicemail message.

I get calls from various numbers and this time it is this one.  Same girl...Emily!!!  She always acts surrised  and says there's something wrong with her headset....whatever!!   Totally a Telemarketing firm and I try to interrupt but she just goes on and on!!!
