Who called from 2147149000

The number 214-714-9000 calls my cell number and it costs me each time they do this.  I called the number back on my home phone and a recorded message wants me to enter the 10 digit mailbox number.
Callers who do this need to answer to an attorney.

I received a call from this number to 817-334-1709. I am unavailable to answer this call because this is a tracfone number w/out funding. When I called the number back it asked for a 10 digit mailbox number. I am not familiar w/the number, so, I will need a little more information then I will be able to use the phone of another source in order to reply.

had several calls from this number today already, with vmail but no vmail when going to check it.  No message.  Needs to stop!

This has happen to me several times, it comes to me via a voice mail # that originates from 866-999-6480
this # is some fraud about uh  medical billing concerns
