when asked for a fax number I was given 303-827-2408 when called it is a number that is no longer in service.

I have 6 faxes from this company. I called after the first 2 be removed from the list, now after 4 more I will be contacting the FCC and filing a case.

My company received a fax from someone trying to sell health insurance.  I wanted to fax a letter to the company requesting that they remove our phone number from their list.  I called the number on the fax.  The person who answered the phone identified the company as "insurance benefits.  I asked for both a fax number and mailing address (called two different times) and both times they hung up on me.

I searched the internet for any information on this company and found nothing.

Repeatedly sends unwanted rate quote faxes.

these people are fax spammers, they list a website to be removed which does not exist
I am going to call them all day long
