There is a 99.9999% your money is gone. It is ILLEGAL to have to pay in order to get a LOAN, grant, or prize. PAY NO MORE TO THEM. That money card is the same as cash - untraceable. You will very probably get MORE similar calls trying to scam you.
It is not a good idea to list your phone number on an open forum like this. Scammers DO COME HER.
