they are frauds! I had to close an account to avoid them sucking $$ from my account. The "Proof" that I had some cash was to get a "Money-Pak" card from Wal*Mart...which they assured me would not be drained, but just verified. IT GOT DRAINED! They lied! I'd sure like to find an address for them and sue them for a refund, and maybe get them shut down. Anyone else interested in the research?
Of course he got no loan! Advance fee personal loans are illegal in the US. If they want money (in ANY form) up front, they're FRAUDS! Always! NO exceptions! EVER!
