Stated he was with Reliance and that he was calling about air ducts. I told him my number was on the DNC list and his phone call was unsolicited. He didn't seem to care and only agreed to remove my number when I started getting angry. The caller ID stated Grand Prairie, TX. Now I know who I will never call if I need air ducts.
Was very nasty and spoke to me asking for me Like I was stupid. He continuously asked for me even tho I told him "she isn't here. How can I help you." He started raising his voice and speaking down to me. I told him not to call here anymore if he was going to be an [***]. Hung upon him. Dude didn't even know how to properly say my name.
He asked for my husband by first name, then introduced himself as from Reliance Air Duct Cleaning. when I asked him to stop calling, he persisted with "so you don't want to take advantage of our ......(I hung up). I reported this to the FTC through its online complaint service
