Calls my cell phone but when I answer there doesn't seem to be anyone on the line. I called the number and it went straight to voice mail with a recorded message said their mailbox was full.

My kindhearted son wanted to do something nice for mom and dad and ordered one. It came without engraving. I did some on-line research and found the BBB complaints for Modern Recognition. I was able to stop payment on the check. The phone number is now disconnected.
