I HAVE HAD THIS SAME PROBLEM. THIS MAN CALLS MY JOB EVERYDAY. HE HAS AN INDIAN ACCENT, DOESN'T SPEAK ENGLISH VERY. HE IS VERY RUDE. I HAVE ASKED FOR SOMETHING IN WRITING, BUT HE TALKS OVER ME AND THEN HE HANGS UP THE PHONE. HE HAS MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER AS WELL. This number is from a cash advanced. they called me today and said the same thing. they cant arrest you but if you took out a cash advance online or any other kind of debt you owe this is how they received your number
