Who called from 2147245698

Someone with less than full command of English called to tell me he was from "Windows" as if it were a company. Wanting to tell me something about my computer. I explained that my company handled their own IT and that he should not be making these calls. Block this  number. Scammer is no on your list of call type.

Another unknown scammer calling my cell that will not be answered and also blocked

Answered the phone and no one was on the other end, and no one hung up. It's extremely annoying and a waste of time when this happens!
