did not answer and no voice message was left. Agree with those, who advise once these callers know this is an active number, the will use it to every means possible. The government should shut down these types of business and collection agencies.

Woke me up. It's an interactive robo-diaper with a recording of a guy who says his name is "Josh", who informs that you've been pre-selected to take part in some crap. I stated "don't call me anymore", and the machine said that it hadn't heard me. I repeated. It hung up. Now I'm awake.
