unsolicited call on 9th feb 2008

recieved call from these wierd no several times.sumtimes with also 1 added in front of this very no.it is happening to me since two weeks or more.this is perhaps an ISD no but strangely i have no one living across india.ussually no body responds ven the call is recieved but yeah two days back ven these anonymous caller rang me he did speak sumthing that i could comprehend and immediately was disconnected.what is this happening?i find this damn spooky.
