12/30 7:14 (Calif.) recording about grants for businesses -- sounds like scam, but even if not, who wants to take calls from a war dial robot? Show of hands? Anyone?

Received 7 calls that only rang once. When I called back I got a telco message about all the circuits being busy... Probably not related, but there you go.
This is a prerecorded sales pitch. I have had calls from this guy at least once a day for the past couple of months. All of the messages are scams about how you can get money for free or other business related scams. I have been on the do not call list for over a year and it has not stopped this jerk.
Unfortunately the do not call list doesn't stop scammers from calling us. All that it does is allow us to sue them. I am certain that most people will not do this because of the time, the cost, and the excessive amount of effort to follow through with it. This guy is getting so annoying that I am actually considering going after him because he has called me way too many times.
