This "Rai, B" registered on my caller I.D. as well. I didn't pickup the line since I didn't recognized the number and let it go to my answering machine to screen the call. They didn't leave a message. I dialed back the number and encountered a recording that said, "This mailbox is full and cannot accept new messages at this time. Thank you for calling. Good-bye." The call then disconnected.
RAI B 214-764-6964 is the phone number of Tribal Nature Jewelry in Dallas, TX. I have never had any dealings with them, but they call 3 or 4 times every day. They never leave a message, so I don't know why they are calling me.
