Who called from 2147717228

Got called by this number, not not answer, and they not not leave a message.
Just put them on my block call list on my phone.

I get calls from this number numerous times a day, no message, nothing, and when I try to call itback I get the message, "We are sorry but the number you called is no longer in service."

When they call I answer and they just sit there and say nothing.  This occurs often  According to my iphone it is someone out of Rockwall, Texas.

Kept getting calls from this number in response to a health insurance "online quote" form I filled out. Never any messages, I answered once or twice but no one was there. This last time I answered, guy asked my name & rattled off some of my info but I didn't catch the name of the company. He told me I had "applied" for a policy (no) and argued with me. Ended with him telling me that I was an idiot and that I had no idea what I was doing. Jerk.
