I have been getting these calls for over a week now. They are saying the same thing, that I am being sued. A red flag was when I got a message that almost like a threat! Now, I got a call from a different # claiming to b calling from a different law firm but stating the same thing. When I asked for his info he stated he will discuss it with my attorney! I told to fkk off. I am waiting to see if they will call back. I am scared b/c I gave someone with a similar accent my info over the phone bc I had applied for a loan. When I went to put the info in on their supposed website the link did not work. I am afraid now that they will try to take money out of my bank account.
I keep getting a call from this number saying I have a pending law suit against me. I have never been served any papers and am not sure what i could be sued for. When i call the number back a foreignguy answers and says hello...PLEASE help!
Alyssa don't worry is a scam. like you said a foreigner answers the phone and he would say that his name is Michael Jones, which sounded to fishy to me. Why would a guy that sounds that his from India would have a name like that? I asked them for the address of the law firm supposedly they where calling from and there website and he hung up on me.
they keep calling me and its some foreign guy named paul rush but hes india and he won't keep calling me i told him i was going to call the police and he just keeps calling he has called my job and everything how do i get rid of him i am so sick of it he gives some kind of law firm but when you call he just says his name
A guy from what sounds like India keeps calling me. He just called my job this morning to tell me about some lawsuit that is pending against me. He said I could go to court or settle it with them. I asked if he could tell me how much it was or when the case began. He would not give me any information. He said we could settle for 200.00 every two weeks. I then asked how I pay them he said through moneygram or western union. I tried to get the moneygram/ western union information he would not give it to me. He said he would call me on Friday with the information. Please he will not be getting any money from me. Sue me.
