Annoying..."following up on magazines" or something.

Caller calls and hangs up and if i call back it goes to voicemail.  Had three calls in two days.

Caller calls and hangs up when answered. Calling back only gives me a number that is not connected.

I just gotta call from this phone number started out as a girl then male voice got on the line claiming to be a supervisor offering me a "Great Deal" was gonna knock 6 payments off put then claimed my credit card on file was expired and could I give him the new one, the old number even mine so I hung up.
then calling the same number back it's not in service
