I also got a call from this line. It sounds like a bunch of kids playing around. I just didn't say anything and they hung up. Listed as PRIVATE. When I looked it up, it's a landline.
I have received numerous calls from a number that appears as "PRIVATE" on the caller ID but then shows up as 214-774-8283 when I call the number back. I'd like to know how to stop this call from coming in.
Rec'd 3 calls between 3:25 and 3:45 AM last night...when answered caller hung up....appeared on my cell as PRIVATE, but when I returned the call is showed up as 214-774-8283 which was disconnected. How annoying!

I received a call that appeared as "PRIVATE" on the screen, but the caller immediately hung up when I answered. I tried to return the call, and my phone dialed 214-774-8283. I only allowed it to ring once, so I don't know who or where I was calling. Can anything be done to stop this?
