Likely phone scam. Number is based in Dallas TX. Caller ID says the caller is "US Govt". However, when I picked up after a long auto dialer pause a woman came on claiming to be from some Breast Cancer foundation or another. When I asked her why the number identifies as the US Govt if it's a Breast Cancer foundation she went silent. I asked again and was hung up on.
