called my cell phone this morning. didn't answer and no message left. Some sites saying it's about "a resort they supposedly stayed at" and some say "student loan forgiveness." bogus.

Caller ID displayed as "2148149372", following by an unrecognizable number. I let it go to my answering machine to screen the call. They didn't leave a message. I dialed back the number and encountered an automated message that said, "Thanks for calling. The survey you were called for has now finished. If you would like to be removed from our list for future calls, please press 9." The line goes silent for a few moments and then disconnects.
According to whitepages.com, this number is flagged as a "Scam or Fraud."
