Who called from 2148155366

Got this call on my home phone and caller ID shows "Angel" and didn't leave any message.

they call and hang up. they call a couple times a week.
i don't know any "owens jessie"
and it's a local number....

Same Number - Says Angel Angel now.  No message just calls house.

This is a person fund raising for the Arthritis Foundation.  I tried to let her know that if she was calling people on the DNC list, that without a "real" caller ID being transmitted the call wouldn't fall under the fund raising exemption.

Basically she didn't care.  I'll be calling the Arthritis Foundation to let them know and also placing a complaint on the DNC website.  That would be my recommendation to everyone - maybe we can get it to stop.
