I don't have the 4.95 to pay for the 200.00 voucher. So why can't you put it on a walmart money card that I have? Then take the 4.95 off or don't worry about the 4.95. Iam disabled and draw disability and I don't get my money until the 3rd and who ever I talked to on the phone was very ruid.
