Received a call from a John White who claims to work for National Service Processors. He wanted to know when someone would be home so that they could "serve legal documents".
When I demanded the company name and address he gave me this:
700 Maguire Blvd. Orlando, Fl 32803 Ph 407 898-2960 which is the correct address and phone for Pizza Hut in Orlando.
Thank you all for this information. I too have recvd phone calls from the 214 area code with the same reference to the 855 numbers as well. Initially I was recvg calls from 855-610-9773. Several of the first few calls had callers with foreign accents. The 855 numbers are from Silver River Management.

The last call I recvd was yesterday claiming that I will be served at my job or at my home with regard to check fraud. FYI I have only written about 10 checks in my lifetime as I prefer to use money orders. I contacted my former Credit Union to see if there was anything to this. Of course there wasn't because were that the case the credit union would notify the authorities not this Collection Agency.(which is what the 855 numbers are from.) Also, the man I spoke with said that something similar happened to his wife.
These people are the lowest of the low. I am going to contact several County legislators to see what is legal and what is not legal. If they did in fact accuse me of check fraud then they better be prepared to be sued themselves for aggravated harassment.
Got a call from a Brian Cook 2148389953 (texas number) stating my case was a stage 4 and that i would be served today by the police at work or at my home. He said if i didnt call 8669242667 back today and if the server couldnt locate me they would mark me as unreachable and the judge would process my case without me. He didnt leave a company name where he was calling from. This same guy called me at work last week and i told him to send me proof of this debt. He had an old bank account that was closed before this alleged loan was received. He never sent me any documentation via mail or email. The phone number he gave goes to some company ceo.
Did you hear from anyone today? I got the same call. I defaulted on a payday loan, they said I had three charges against me, and that the police would be coming to pick me up. I called my attorney, and he stated that you can not go to jail, you would be served first then have to go to court, but he stated he believes this is a scare tactic.
Called my house at 5:30am on Saturday. We were not home and they did not leave a message. We are on state and federal do not call list, and have no overdue debts.
