lady called and said she was a investigator  phelps with dallas county and when i ask some qu she hung up

Their call id was blocked, but they sounded very creepy in the message.

They are a repo company and are posing as Dallas County.

My friend received a call from this number from an Investigator Jamie Phelps who told my friend she was an Investigator from Dallas County and wanted to leave her number for him to have me call her back. Once I called her back I got perssonal voice mail that states you have reached Investigation Phelps. She returned my call and denied saying she was an Investigator. Said she was calling me about my loan with a title company. I called her out on it about her voice mail starting she was an Investigator. She wanted to change the subjust then, ended call with me saying if your not wanting to hear me out then we will just have you served. I had all intentions on listing to her further she just did not want to answer my questions about her being an Investigator with Dallas County. Other then deneing it by saying she said she was a Processor.
