I just got a call from this number too. They asked to speak with my husband's mom or dad, I asked what for, and they hung up. Very shady. Caller ID just showed Texas as the name.
I just got a call stating that they were my daughter's advisor and they were making a follow up, When I told them they were not my daughters advisor, he pulled the race card, saying it was because he was black then he hung up. This is definitely a scam company trying to fish for information. Do not call them back and do not take any calls from them. SCAM
I also received a call from this number. They said they were my child's SAT's advisor and since they had checked off college as a goal, would I be supporting my child with the study materials needed to score highly and get into a "good college"? I told them I have no idea who they are and why they were talking to me. If they wished to mail me instead..They hung up.
