Who called from 2148459998

Got the same thing, except I didn't answer and got a 3 second blank voicemail.

This number has called me on my cell about 8 times in the past day.  I have never picked up.  Who is this - nobody I know.

I have. been gettng calls for this number and three others, all th same number just with dfferent area codes.I did reach a voicemail at this number and the recording was a woman named Kim who says her phone got a virus and not to answer the call or text her.

Bee received call from this number yesterday and today.  12 calls in total.

This caller has called SEVEN times just today, Sunday, 3/24/2013!!  Each time is about 20 minutes apart from the previous call. How do I make them stop?! They called yesterday three times less than one hour apart! This number is unknown to me.
