I just had the same call today and they said that they were calling in behalf the DISD, can someone tell me who they are and why they have my kids names and school name???
I don't know why people complain so much about repeated unwanted calls. Just BLOCK the call. I never allow anyone to call more than once without blocking. I also don't answer calls without IDs. If someone is trying to get hold of me and it is a legitimate call, they will leave a message.
This number has called repeatedly now and the caller Id says SSI. They are purposely trying to represent themselves as something they are not. Sick & tired of all the scam artist and criminals taking advantage of people and being a nuisance to boot. They need to be prosecuted & held accountable for their actions.
I got a call from this number asking for someone in the family that had this number 4 years ago. I thought the collections calls had stopped, finally. Curiously, this number is also listed to several black-oriented businesses in McKinney Tx, Myafropages, & some entrepreneur-oriented services.
I think someone is spoofing phone numbers, but I'm not who they are looking for..
