I received a call Saturday afternoon from CSI in Dallas??? Needless to say I called back and spoke to a lady, Cathy or Kristie, anyway. It is a collections and mediation company calling about a bill from a few years ago. She was so nice and willing to work with me, I started a payment plan so I can get it paid off. We had a laugh about the CSI thing, I really thought something was wrong come to find out it is the abbreviation for the company name! Anyway, if people look on here like I did, at least you know what it is and talk to her, she is really nice and willing to help you to stay out of court!
