Who called from 2148656696

I made the mistake of answering this, even though it came up with no area code, as I was expecting an important call.

I said "hello."  A sexy female voice said, "I'm not going to do it.  You keep--" at which point apparently the other party ended the call abruptly.

I also received a call from 865-6696 yesterday, which I did not answer because it came up as "unknown" on my caller ID.  

By the way, I have a magicJack with a phone number I've had (from Verizon originally) for over 10 years.

its an 800 number , a bill collector lying about it's number. They admit they are lying and doing a deceptive practice

I keep getting calls from this number all hours of the night and day. Never aswer them, because a) there is no area code and b) I don't recognize the number. Sick of them. Where do you report this stuff.

Receive daily calls from 865-6696.  Have answered several times, voice states please wait while we connect your call, and sounds as if its an overseas automatic-as its a little different, then some guy says his name is "Chris Webber" calling from MMC Debt trying to collect a debt for Verizon- Mind you I have had sprint for well over 10 years- never had Verizon ANYTHING, he proceeds to tell me my "last four of SS#".  Ive repearedly told them to check their records, contacted Verizon myself, they have no clue what these people are talking about or why they would be calling my cell phone.  They call all hours of the day and night- defintaly a foreigner- and noone can make this stop?  Avoiding the calls doesnt do much good, they constantly call, will not give their business informatione except "MMC"???
