I got a call from a man saying that he works for Microsoft security dept pretending my computer needs to be fixed. It is the same guy who called me last friday from a phone number posted supposedly in Ottawa Canada 6138007131. He pretended being Kevin Martin from Microsoft security dpt in Ottawa. At the time I was convinced that this guy realy worked for Microsoft. I let him have access to my computer until he asked me to write down my Id and password on the access page to my Banking account !!! I told him that a genuine Ms tech would never ask for that type of information!! I ended up the conversation. I immediately logged off my computer from internet access. and checked for software that could have been installed without my knowing. And I actually foud an app that could track all I would write on my Keybord. I remouved all that [***] from my computer and shut it down. An this mornig this same guy, from a 214 area code phone number, with the same Indy accent tried again.... I ended this call saying that I know that he is not from Microsoft security dpt and that I have reported the prévious call to the RCMP.
