They have called 20+ times and have never left a message. or answered when i answer them. it seems like a scam. my home is flat out owned impossible for me to need any of the above loan mods or short sales. This is a scam people.

I have a 2nd Mortgage with them... I late, but caught up last week and not due until the 20th... So I'm not sure what they want.
