UNDERAGE PHONE HARASSMENT/STALKING: My grandson signed up for some $1000. Visa card online while I was asleep, thinking he was doing a good thing. Since then we have been bothered with probably 5-10 phone calls all trying to get at him- although we told them the FIRST time: "He is a minor". I even signed the do not call list. They just use another person to call from another number. Today, at 10:24 am, a man called, sounded about 20's or 30's age, and said I want to talk to Anthony. I said who's this (he had a thick accent, -India or middle east sounding) and he answered "can I talk to Anthony"-sternly sounding almost. I said "No! (after he asked 4 or 5 times) I don't even know you. Then I hung up on him. He sounded like he was DEFINITELY calling long distance! It's worrisome that all these people are targeting my grandson, and they are relentless. I told them on the last round I was going to contact the FTC. If it's them, they don't care! It's harassment, and it's scary! I consider it stalking! I feel like he's being stalked by them.

Received a call saying I had been approved of US grant & free funding that I would not have to repay. Ask what I want to use the money for as a business adventure or home improvement which I replied a business adventure. These people had a foreign accent like from India/Pakistan area (oversea). Now there is a one time $3.00 fee to make sure I get the correct business address and my applications would go through. I responded "free money?" but a fee to start. I then ask what country they were calling from so he responded I will let you speak to my supervisor. Another India/Pakistan type voice came on, who spoke better English assuring me of the programs merits so at this point I told him it was a damn scam and hung up.
