received message when calling son that due to excessive calls to call 214-884 5124 for critical updates. how does this  scam work

I ALSO RECEIVED THIS MESSAGE... THAT IT IS DUE TO EXCESSIVE USAGE MY OUTBOUND CALL IS SUSPENDED.... WHY IS IT LIKE THIS? IM TRYING TO CALL 2148845124 BUT IT TRANSFER DIRECTLY TO ITS VOICEMAIL..

everytime i call my home phone number it directs me to call this number.  what is this number.

I also get a message to call this number every time I call my mom.
