I am on the do-not-call list with the federal trade commission and just reported these idiots for violating that. It was a robocall saying, "Win a cruise to the bahamas". I do NOT HAVE TIME FOR THIS KIND OF CRAP ON MY CELL PHONE!!!!!!!! I hope the FTC shuts these idiots down.
Keep getting calls from this 214-907-2653 number. At least 3 to 4 a week. Since I don't answer or call back numbers I don't recognized and it is my cell # they keep calling; I'm more annoyed than anything. It's sad that there's people out there with no integrity, who refuse to get a real job like the rest of us; who think scamming people is a 'real job'. I figured it out a long time ago, that the "people" who say they are in charge, who supposedly can do something about things like this, really can't do a thing or even try to do anything about it. So you have to take care of the situation the best you can on your own. I wouldn't want to be the one who has to stand before God and explain why scamming people was fun. Things are just going to get worse so do everything you can to protect yourself and your loved ones.
This is Verizon Wireless payment services. You would typically add more time to your account, add auto pay etc....no billing. If you want to have some dull fun, you can mess with them by doing the following:
-Call back 214-907-2653.
-Select preferred language from prompt.
-Chosse selection 2 (add auto pay to your account)
-Type in 4 bogus numbers three different times and it will actually take you to a live customer service person.
-Do what you will when someone answers. (I chose to remain silent to see what they would say).
