Well, it's Sunday and my neighbor just brought me a note from Investigator Grover Marshall. Investigator Grover Marshall has broken all the laws of FDCPA.  He has lied about his identity...he is NOT an investigator that can issue warrants. He has spoken to an unauthorized third party and told them I would be arrested and he has called a number I never provided him with.

This is a law firm / collection company. Morgan Jackson. They are trying to reach the dead beat that used to have my cell phone.

This is a hoax Pay Day loans sell your numbers to people who pretend they are an officer of the law, and are sue for un paid payday loans.

I love receiving threatening messages from this company. They're always trying to work on "my behalf," but they will never allow me to send them proof of my loan repayment and debt settlement. I particularly love the "Good Luck" message attached to every phone call, and the Special Investigator taking my statement. It's a scam. They use scary names and threats to call a prosecutor to try to make you settle debts that have already been paid.
