Taylor with State Wide Appeal- I dont give a crap who they claim to solicit for.  They do NOT have the right to call cell phones & waste the minutes we pay for!  Most paid telemarketers like these keep most- if not all- of the "donations" they claim to solicit on behalf of some charity.  NEVER give donations to a paid telemarketer!  If you want to donate to a cause, call them DIRECTLY to donate!
