Who called from 2149358000

State trooper donation call. Pretty sure this is not legit but they somehow knew my name too. they were about to ask for my address to mail me something even though I said I wasn't interested. They kept repeating the same long phrase that was barely audible.

Missed call. I returned call thinking it was dr office, but no ID on answering recorded message that extension one zero zero was unavailable.

Called left no message, caller id showed TX, USA.  Blocking number.

This number is cursed. Be careful the company working with this number recived it through a profit.

Called at 1730 hours, left no message, I called back at 1745 and received a recording to call back from the number I was called from. What sense does that make, what other number would I call if I don't recognize the one I missed???
